Florencia Ibanez is originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina. After earning her law degree, she practiced immigration law by assisting multinational companies with the immigration processes of their expatriate employees.
In 2018, Florencia immigrated to the United States with the clear goal of becoming a licensed attorney in the U.S. To achieve this, she earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Comparative Law from Louisiana State University and subsequently passed the Louisiana Bar Exam, allowing her to practice law in the United States. As a U.S.-licensed attorney, Florencia has the credentials to represent clients residing in any of the 50 states, as well as clients living abroad, in matters before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and in consular processing cases.
As an immigrant herself, Florencia understands firsthand the challenges and complexities of navigating the U.S. immigration system. Her passion and determination to help other immigrants, combined with her professional experience in immigration law, motivated her to create Florencia Ibanez Law, a boutique law firm where dedication, integrity, honesty, and professionalism make the difference..
